- HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Once an order is place there is a short period of time to update a shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address please send us your order number and an updated shipping address. Please read: we are unable to derange the process of our fulfillment teams and if your order is in progress to ship, unfortunately our team is unable to support an address change. International address changes: unfortunately we are unable to alter a shipping address from a USA address to an international address. If you alter your address and a potential fraud attempt is has been detected, your order could automatically be cancelled or postponed due to various security measures. If your order has shipping to an accidentally incorrect address and you obtain a tracking number please contact our team immediately so we can attempt to support you on your orders behalf in coordinating the successful delivery of your order.
- CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Unfortunately we are unable to support address adjustment as a result of our all sales final policy.
- I PLACED MY ORDER BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY TRACKING INFORMATION.
Please be patient as we ship from a third party and you’ll receive an email notification with the tracking info sent to the email used on your order. Remember to check your junk/spam folder in case our email address isn’t in your contacts logs.
- WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Certain products may need more time to be delivered due to the limited transportation availability of the carrier systems & other possible unforeseen issues.
We expect majority of orders to ship within 7-10 business days. Shipping occurs monday-Friday and does not occur on weekends or holidays.
Please be aware: handling timing for orders placed on Epicengagers website have a standard 2-4 days for the date of purchase.
We do not offer expedited shipping.
Important note for unique merchandise drops: due to increased demand of our special release items, products from our special drops can take longer to process. Please allow 4-6 weeks for tracking information on unique merchandise items.
- I NEED TO REPORT A MISSING PACKAGE.
If your order shipped and has been notified as delivered by the carrier, Epicengagers unfortunately, is unable to support replacements or refunds for orders that have been declared delivered, customers could find success by submitting a lost or stolen package claim with the carrier. Please ensure to include your tracking number and any additional supporting details.
- I DID NOT RECIEVE ALL OF MY PURCHASED PRODUCT. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Orders may be partially completed due to delays on certain items involving the carriers and manufacturers. If you’ve received partially amounts of your order, please allow more time for the remaining contents. For more information please contact us on the contact page of this website.
- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately orders cannot be canceled once processed.
- WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. Epicengagers does not accept returns or exchanges unless a product is damaged upon delivery.
